The Taste of Bread bakery company in the Belarusian capital of Minsk is planning to launch mass production of biscuits and “oriental pastries”, according to the Interfax news agency.  

 

 The company has developed original biscuit recipes and is planning to officially register them. It is also to invite an “expert” from Turkey to develop original recipes for oriental pastries.  

 

 Taste of Bread has recently installed a new US$40,000 Italian-made production line that will double its production capacity to 50-60 tonnes of products a month.
